Callers dial your voice mail system toll free number and immediately hear your personal greeting that you've pre-recorded in your voice mail system account.

For example,

"You have reached John Bow and Bow Communications. To learn more about our voice mail system, press 1. To leave a message for John Bow regarding voice mail system services, press 2. To speak with me directly, please press 0. To send a fax, please press start transmission now."

STEP #2:

When someone calls your voice mail system, they can access recorded information about your company, products and services from your toll free, voice mail system number.

With voice mail system you can establish numerous recordings with audio infomercials on you company's products, services, or any other important message you want callers hear. For example: “For more information about our company, press 1; To learn more about our products and services, press 2; To discover how you can become an affiliate, press 3, to speak with someone directly, press 4.”

STEP #3:

If the caller wishes to speak with you directly, voice mail system contacts you at the various numbers you have programmed into your voice mail system system until it locates you. It then announces the caller's name, giving you the choice on whether to take the call or send the caller into your voice mail system system.

STEP #4:

Your voice mail system messages and faxes are deposited in your secure Inbox and are accessible both online and/or via phone.
